Despite a disappointment, a good price for Milne Ramsey
When the work Flowers On A Table by Milne Ramsey was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in September 2012, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of USD 18,000.00 – 25,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for USD 17,500.00 (€ 13,612.32). Despite this disappointing result, Flowers On A Table is the most expensive artwork by Milne Ramsey that we have observed at auction so far.

Als die Arbeit Flowers On A Table von Milne Ramsey im September 2012 bei Sothebys in New York versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus.
