Despite a disappointment, a good price for Milet Andrejevic
This work of art by Milet Andrejevic could be acquired at Christies in New York in July 2013 for an unexpectedly low price. In the First Open: Summer Edition auction, the work Upper Screw changed hands for USD 1,250.00 (€ 941.12) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Despite this disappointing result, Upper Screw is the most expensive artwork by Milet Andrejevic that we have observed at auction so far.
