In November 2021 Sothebys in London held the auction Irish Art, which included the work Daily Toil by Mildred Anne Butler. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 13,860.00 (€ 16,272.94), 73% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Mildred Anne Butler - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Garden Cart, which sold at auction in May 2007 for GBP 24,000.00 (€ 35,317.62).

Im November 2021 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Irish Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Daily Toil von Mildred Anne Butler zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 13.860,00 (€ 16.272,94) und damit 73% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Mildred Anne Butler mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The Garden Cart beobachtet, die im Mai 2007 für GBP 24.000,00 (€ 35.317,62) versteigert wurde.
