Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Milan Kunc was sold in the Le Jeune, A Collecting Legacy: The Amsterdam No Reserve Edit auction at Christies in Amsterdam in November last year. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 700.00 – 1,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 756.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Milan Kunc achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Psychedelic Afternoon in December 2019 with an auction result of USD 27,500.00 (€ 24,494.52).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Milan Kunc wurde im November letzten Jahres in der Auktion Le Jeune, A Collecting Legacy: The Amsterdam No Reserve Edit bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 700,00 – 1.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 756,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Milan Kunc erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Psychedelic Afternoon im Dezember 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 27.500,00 (€ 24.494,52).
