Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Railworkers by Mikhail Roginsky was auctioned at Sothebys in London in December 2021. The price achieved of GBP 10,080.00 (€ 12,023.33) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Mikhail Roginsky - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Composition, which sold at auction in November 2008 for GBP 34,850.00 (€ 42,136.27).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Railworkers von Mikhail Roginsky kam im Dezember 2021 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 10.080,00 (€ 12.023,33) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Mikhail Roginsky mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Composition beobachtet, die im November 2008 für GBP 34.850,00 (€ 42.136,27) versteigert wurde.
