Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2021 Bonhams in London held the auction The Russian Sale, which included the work 'Bird's market' ('Marché aux oiseaux') 25.5 x 62.7cm (10 x 24 5/8in). by Mikhail Roginsky. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 5,000.00 – 8,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 5,100.00 (€ 6,083.23) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Mikhail Roginsky have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Composition in November 2008 with an auction result of GBP 34,850.00 (€ 42,136.27).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember 2021 führte Bonhams in London die Auktion The Russian Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit 'Bird's market' ('Marché aux oiseaux') 25.5 x 62.7cm (10 x 24 5/8in). von Mikhail Roginsky zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 5.000,00 – 8.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 5.100,00 (€ 6.083,23) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Mikhail Roginsky auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Composition im November 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 34.850,00 (€ 42.136,27).
