Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Moscow in December by Mikhail Nikolaevich Yakovlev was auctioned at Sothebys in London in December 2020. The price achieved of GBP 25,200.00 (€ 28,150.65) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Admittedly, works by Mikhail Nikolaevich Yakovlev have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A Group Of Five Decorative Panels Showing Scenes From The Life Of Vladimir, Grand Duke Of Kiev Depicting A Wedding; The Sick Bed (Wandering Minstrels At Ilya Muromets' Bedside); Battle With The Serpent And The Prince'S Trial; The Conversation in June 2008 with an auction result of GBP 205,250.00 (€

Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 25.200,00 (€ 28.150,65) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden.
