Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Heyst En Plein Soleil by Mikhail Nikolaevich Yakovlev was sold in the Russian auction at Sothebys in Olympia in June 2006. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 3,360.00 (€ 4,861.86) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mikhail Nikolaevich Yakovlev achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Group Of Five Decorative Panels Showing Scenes From The Life Of Vladimir, Grand Duke Of Kiev Depicting A Wedding; The Sick Bed (Wandering Minstrels At Ilya Muromets' Bedside); Battle With The Serpent And The Prince'S Trial; The Conversation in June 2008 with an auction result of GBP 205,250.00 (€
Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A Group Of Five Decorative Panels Showing Scenes From The Life Of Vladimir, Grand Duke Of Kiev Depicting A Wedding; The Sick Bed (Wandering Minstrels At Ilya Muromets' Bedside); Battle With The Serpent And The Prince'S Trial; The Conversation im Juni 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 205.250,00 (€ 259.442,88).
