Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Nude by Mikhail Larionov was sold in the Russian Pictures auction at Sothebys in London in June 2021. It changed hands for a price of GBP 862,000.00 (€ 1,004,454.09) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 700,000.00 – 900,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Mikhail Larionov - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Still Life With Jug And Icon, C.1910-1912, which sold at auction in June 2007 for GBP 2,260,000.00 (€ 3,353,726.33).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Nude von Mikhail Larionov wurde im Juni 2021 in der Auktion Russian Pictures bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 862.000,00 (€ 1.004.454,09) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 700.000,00 – 900.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Mikhail Larionov mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Still Life With Jug And Icon, C.1910-1912 beobachtet, die im Juni 2007 für GBP 2.260.000,00 (€ 3.353.726,33) versteigert wurde.
