Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work I've Missed You (I'm Sorry & Sweetheart) (2 works) by Mike Lee was sold in the Contemporary Art Asia: Art on the Runway auction at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2019. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 8,125.00 (€ 942.35). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mike Lee achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Dear God in December 2021 with an auction result of HKD 525,000.00 (€ 59,467.22).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit I've Missed You (I'm Sorry & Sweetheart) (2 works) von Mike Lee wurde im November 2019 in der Auktion Contemporary Art Asia: Art on the Runway bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 8.125,00 (€ 942,35) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Mike Lee erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Dear God im Dezember 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 525.000,00 (€ 59.467,22).
