In the Latin American Art Modern & Contemporary auction, the work The Adoration sold for USD 100,000.00 (€ 80,398.78) - well above the upper estimate of USD 40,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Miguel Cabrera - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work El Nacimiento De La Virgen; La Llegada A Belén; La Adoración De Los Reyes Magos; La Presentación En El Templo; La Huida A Egipto; La Muerte De San José; Pentecostés; La Asunción De La Virgen, which sold at auction in November 2010 for USD 362,500.00 (€ 278,076.10).
