Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2011 Sothebys in Milan held the auction Modern & Contemporary Art, which included the work Naufragio Euforico by Michele Zaza. It changed hands for a price of EUR 5,625.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Michele Zaza - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Mimesi 1975, which sold at auction in April 2018 for EUR 12,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai 2011 führte Sothebys in Mailand die Auktion Modern & Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Naufragio Euforico von Michele Zaza zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 5.625,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Michele Zaza mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Mimesi 1975 beobachtet, die im April 2018 für EUR 12.000,00 versteigert wurde.
