Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of USD 5,120.00 (€ 4,693.80) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Michel Delacroix - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work La place du marché à Tübingen, which sold at auction in May last year for USD 19,125.00 (€ 17,822.20).
