Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Le Moulin de la Galette Aujourd'hui 6 5/8 x 8 3/4in (16 x 22.2cm) by Michel Delacroix was auctioned at Bonhams in Los Angeles in November this year. The price achieved of USD 2,048.00 (€ 1,877.52) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 1,500.00 – 2,500.00. Admittedly, works by Michel Delacroix have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work La place du marché à Tübingen in May last year with an auction result of USD 19,125.00 (€ 17,822.20).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Le Moulin de la Galette Aujourd'hui 6 5/8 x 8 3/4in (16 x 22.2cm) von Michel Delacroix kam im November diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in Los Angeles zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 2.048,00 (€ 1.877,52) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 1.500,00 – 2.500,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Michel Delacroix auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit La place du marché à Tübingen im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 19.125,00 (€ 17.822,20).
