Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The Graveyard By The Sea, Holland by Michael Wishart was sold in the 20th Century British Art auction at Christies in London in May 2005. The price achieved of GBP 660.00 (€ 974.37) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 600.00 – 800.00. Admittedly, works by Michael Wishart have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Redditch roses in March 2010 with an auction result of GBP 3,500.00 (€ 3,929.54).

Die Arbeit The Graveyard By The Sea, Holland von Michael Wishart wurde im Mai 2005 in der Auktion 20th Century British Art bei Christies in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 660,00 (€ 974,37) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 600,00 – 800,00 angegeben worden.
