Auction result misses estimated price range
In October 2017 a collector was able to acquire the work "Mermaid 10, Weeki Wachee, FL," 2007. by Michael Dweck for SEK 70,000.00 (€ 7,187.50). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Art & Design at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 80,000.00 – 100,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Michael Dweck achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sonya, Poles (Montauk) in October 2018 with an auction result of USD 168,750.00 (€ 148,914.58).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober 2017 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit "Mermaid 10, Weeki Wachee, FL," 2007. von Michael Dweck für SEK 70.000,00 (€ 7.187,50) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 80.000,00 – 100.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Michael Dweck erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sonya, Poles (Montauk) im Oktober 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 168.750,00 (€ 148.914,58).
