Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Michael Challis Brown could be acquired at Christies in Sydney in March 2006 for an unexpectedly low price. In the THE W.R. BURGE COLLECTION auction, this work without title changed hands for AUD 956.00 (€ 564.28) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of AUD 1,000.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Michael Challis Brown achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Little Sheep in March 2006 with an auction result of AUD 23,900.00 (€ 14,106.89).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Michael Challis Brown konnte im März 2006 bei Christies in Sydney für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion THE W.R.
