Auction result misses estimated price range
In November this year a collector was able to acquire the work Composition with Eye. by Max Walter Svanberg for SEK 10,000.00 (€ 878.25). This price was achieved in the auction Modern Art + Design at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 12,000.00 – 15,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Max Walter Svanberg achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Poem om blommande hybrider" (Poems about flowers) in October 2011 with an auction result of SEK 210,000.00 (€ 23,293.18).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Composition with Eye. von Max Walter Svanberg für SEK 10.000,00 (€ 878,25) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern Art + Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 12.000,00 – 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Max Walter Svanberg erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Poem om blommande hybrider" (Poems about flowers) im Oktober 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 210.000,00 (€ 23.293,18).
