Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Composizionesigned, Oil On Canvas. Executed In 1954 by Mauro Reggiani was auctioned at Sothebys in Milan in May 2014. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 8,000.00 – 12,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 8,125.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Mauro Reggiani have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Composizione 38 in November 2003 with an auction result of EUR 37,200.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Composizionesigned, Oil On Canvas. Executed In 1954 von Mauro Reggiani kam im Mai 2014 bei Sothebys in Mailand zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 8.125,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Mauro Reggiani auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Composizione 38 im November 2003 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 37.200,00.
