Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work Composizione n.17 by Mauro Reggiani was auctioned at Il Ponte in June 2016, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of EUR 4,500.00 – 5,500.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for EUR 4,000.00. Admittedly, works by Mauro Reggiani have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Composizione 38 in November 2003 with an auction result of EUR 37,200.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit Composizione n.17 von Mauro Reggiani im Juni 2016 bei Il Ponte versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 4.500,00 – 5.500,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für EUR 4.000,00 den Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Mauro Reggiani auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Composizione 38 im November 2003 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 37.200,00.
