However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Mauro Gandolfi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Judith With The Head Of Holofernes, After Cristofano Allori, which sold at auction in January 2016 for USD 50,000.00 (€ 46,159.53).

Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 15.000,00 (€ 13.847,86) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 15.000,00 – 20.000,00.
