In the Contemporary Photographs auction, the work Nuphar Lake, Wy 2 (From Lakes And Reservoirs) sold for USD 17,640.00 (€ 15,145.53) - well above the upper estimate of USD 10,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Matthew Brandt; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Grays Lake Id 6 (From Lakes And Reservoirs) sold at auction in April 2021 with the realized price of USD 27,720.00 (€ 23,042.39).
