The work "Chanel" by Mats Gustafson was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in May 2017. The auction ended at the price of SEK 20,000.00 (€ 2,050.55), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of SEK 18,000.00 – 20,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Mats Gustafson - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Rock (16)", which sold at auction in April 2019 for SEK 46,000.00 (€ 4,320.33).

Die Arbeit "Chanel" von Mats Gustafson kam im Mai 2017 bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 20.000,00 (€ 2.050,55) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 18.000,00 – 20.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Mats Gustafson mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Rock (16)" beobachtet, die im April 2019 für SEK 46.000,00 (€ 4.320,33) versteigert wurde.
