Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Untitled (Avesta Series) by Massoud Arabshahi was auctioned at Bonhams in London in June 2021. It achieved a price of GBP 7,012.50 (€ 8,171.39), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 17%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Massoud Arabshahi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in April 2008 with an auction result of USD 277,000.00 (€ 177,929.09).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Untitled (Avesta Series) von Massoud Arabshahi kam im Juni 2021 bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 7.012,50 (€ 8.171,39) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 17%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Massoud Arabshahi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im April 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 277.000,00 (€ 177.929,09).
