The work Orb by Massoud Arabshahi was auctioned at Bonhams in London in November this year. It achieved a price of GBP 44,800.00 (€ 51,913.46), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 49%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Massoud Arabshahi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in April 2008 for USD 277,000.00 (€ 177,929.09).

Die Arbeit Orb von Massoud Arabshahi kam im November diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 44.800,00 (€ 51.913,46) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 49%. Für andere Arbeiten von Massoud Arabshahi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im April 2008 für USD 277.000,00 (€ 177.929,09) versteigert wurde.
