A top price for Marta María Pérez Bravo - as previously expected
In November 2011 Sothebys in New York held the auction Latin American Art, which included the work Kini-Kini (3 Photographs) by Marta María Pérez Bravo. The price achieved of USD 13,750.00 (€ 10,220.77) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Kini-Kini (3 Photographs) is the most expensive artwork by Marta María Pérez Bravo that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im November 2011 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Latin American Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Kini-Kini (3 Photographs) von Marta María Pérez Bravo zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 13.750,00 (€ 10.220,77) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 12.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Kini-Kini (3 Photographs) das teuerste Kunstwerk von Marta María Pérez Bravo, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
