However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Marion Broom - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Magnolias In An Oriental Vase, which sold at auction in July 2006 for GBP 576.00 (€ 843.20).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 240,00 (€ 348,12) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 60%. Für andere Arbeiten von Marion Broom mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Magnolias In An Oriental Vase beobachtet, die im Juli 2006 für GBP 576,00 (€ 843,20) versteigert wurde.
