Auction result misses estimated price range
In July 2011 a collector was able to acquire the work Flowers by Marion Hewlett Pike for USD 375.00 (€ 261.54). This price was achieved in the auction Christie's Interiors at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 500.00 – 700.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Marion Hewlett Pike achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A summer evening view of the Seine, Notre-Dame beyond in August 2015 with an auction result of GBP 2,250.00 (€ 3,087.97).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
