The work Estinti by Mario Schifano was worth EUR 15,120.00 to a buyer in December last year. This price was achieved in the auction 20th/21st Century Milan Online Sale at Christies in Milan and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of EUR 3,000.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mario Schifano achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La Stanza Dei Disegni in October last year with an auction result of EUR 1,302,000.00.
Kunstwerk zum Fünffachen des oberen Schätzpreises versteigert
Die Arbeit Estinti von Mario Schifano war einem Käufer im Dezember letzten Jahres EUR 15.120,00 wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion 20th/21st Century Milan Online Sale bei Christies in Mailand erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 3.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Mario Schifano erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La Stanza Dei Disegni im Oktober letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 1.302.000,00.
