Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Mf Di A. Burgess by Mario Airò was auctioned at Christies in Milan in February 2021. The price achieved of EUR 3,500.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. Other works by Mario Airò have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in June 2010 the work Untitled (Lingua araba) was auctioned for GBP 4,375.00 (€ 5,320.41).
