This artwork by Marin-Marie achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in April 2015. In the Sailing auction, the work Le Normandie Sur L'Hudson sold for EUR 1,300.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 600.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Marin-Marie achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work View of a dockyard with a three-master lying alongside a quay in May 2011 with an auction result of GBP 20,625.00 (€ 23,584.75).

Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen

Dieses Kunstwerk von Marin-Marie erzielte im April 2015 bei Artcurial einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Sailing wurde die Arbeit Le Normandie Sur L'Hudson für EUR 1.300,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 600,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Marin-Marie erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit View of a dockyard with a three-master lying alongside a quay im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 20.625,00 (€ 23.584,75).
