Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Figure - 1953 by Marie Vassilieff was sold in the Impressionist & Modern Art auction at Artcurial in October 2014. It changed hands for a price of EUR 1,950.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Marie Vassilieff achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Nu in April 2021 with an auction result of EUR 680,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Figure - 1953 von Marie Vassilieff wurde im Oktober 2014 in der Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art bei Artcurial versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 1.950,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Marie Vassilieff erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Nu im April 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 680.000,00.
