A top price for Marie Raymond - as previously expected
The work Sans Titre by Marie Raymond was auctioned at Sothebys in Paris in December 2010. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 8,000.00 – 12,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 8,750.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Sans Titre is the most expensive artwork by Marie Raymond that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit Sans Titre von Marie Raymond kam im Dezember 2010 bei Sothebys in Paris zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 8.750,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Sans Titre das teuerste Kunstwerk von Marie Raymond, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
