Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Marie Andersson could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in April 2018 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Contemporary Art & Design auction, the work "Cathèdrale", 2008. changed hands for SEK 10,196.00 (€ 963.53) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Marie Andersson - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Inferno x 3 - Luxembourg trädgården", 2010, which sold at auction in October 2020 for SEK 30,000.00 (€ 2,892.59).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Marie Andersson konnte im April 2018 bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design wechselte die Arbeit "Cathèdrale", 2008. für SEK 10.196,00 (€ 963,53) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Marie Andersson mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Inferno x 3 - Luxembourg trädgården", 2010 beobachtet, die im Oktober 2020 für SEK 30.000,00 (€ 2.892,59) versteigert wurde.
