In July 2011 Sothebys in London held the auction Old Master and British Drawings Including Property from the Descendants of Walter Brandt, which included the work Minerva In A Niche, Flanked By Putti And A Caryatid by Marco Marchetti. The auction ended at the price of GBP 5,000.00 (€ 5,738.25), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 4,000.00 – 5,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Marco Marchetti - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Design For A Wall Decoration With Apollo And The Muses, A Figure Of Astronomy And The Coat-Of-Arms Of A Grand Duke Of Tuscany As Grand Master Of The Order Of Santo Stefano, which sold at auction in January 2014 for USD 21,250.00 (€ 15,740.74).

Im Juli 2011 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Old Master and British Drawings Including Property from the Descendants of Walter Brandt durch, in der auch die Arbeit Minerva In A Niche, Flanked By Putti And A Caryatid von Marco Marchetti zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 5.000,00 (€ 5.738,25) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 4.000,00 – 5.000,00.
