Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Marc Mulders achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Amsterdam in March 2012. In the Nineteen to Now auction, the work Zonnebloem sold for EUR 4,750.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 2,000.00. Admittedly, works by Marc Mulders have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Dutch Bleke Irissen Iii in March 2010 with an auction result of EUR 34,350.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Marc Mulders erzielte im März 2012 bei Christies in Amsterdam einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Nineteen to Now wurde die Arbeit Zonnebloem für EUR 4.750,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 2.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Marc Mulders auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Dutch Bleke Irissen Iii im März 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 34.350,00.
