Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Gemengde Tuinrozen V (Mixed Garden Roses V) by Marc Mulders was sold in the Post-War & Contemporary Art auction at Christies in Amsterdam in November 2018. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 8,125.00 16% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Marc Mulders have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Dutch Bleke Irissen Iii in March 2010 with an auction result of EUR 34,350.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Gemengde Tuinrozen V (Mixed Garden Roses V) von Marc Mulders wurde im November 2018 in der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 8.125,00 und damit 16% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Marc Mulders auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Dutch Bleke Irissen Iii im März 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 34.350,00.
