A top price for Marc-Aurèle de Foy Suzor-Côté - as previously expected
The work Le Halage Du Bois by Marc-Aurèle de Foy Suzor-Côté was auctioned at Sothebys in Toronto in December 2009. The price achieved of CAD 106,000.00 (€ 70,698.72) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as CAD 80,000.00 – 120,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Le Halage Du Bois is the most expensive artwork by Marc-Aurèle de Foy Suzor-Côté that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Le Halage Du Bois von Marc-Aurèle de Foy Suzor-Côté kam im Dezember 2009 bei Sothebys in Toronto zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von CAD 106.000,00 (€ 70.698,72) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit CAD 80.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben worden.
