Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of USD 2,500.00 (€ 2,292.53) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Manishi Dey - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Daughter Of The Soil, which sold at auction in March 2016 for USD 5,625.00 (€ 4,938.54).
