This artwork by Maximilian Alexandrovich Voloshin achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in November 2003. In the Important Silver, Russian Works of Art and Paintings auction, the work Landscapes sold for GBP 4,541.00 (€ 6,518.67) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 2,500.00. Admittedly, works by Maximilian Alexandrovich Voloshin have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Three Crimean landscapes in June 2019 with an auction result of GBP 25,000.00 (€ 28,103.71).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 82 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Maximilian Alexandrovich Voloshin erzielte im November 2003 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Important Silver, Russian Works of Art and Paintings wurde die Arbeit Landscapes für GBP 4.541,00 (€ 6.518,67) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 2.500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Maximilian Alexandrovich Voloshin auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Three Crimean landscapes im Juni 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 25.000,00 (€ 28.103,71).
