A top price for Mahi Binebine - as previously expected
In July this year Bonhams in London held the auction Le Paris du Monde Arabe, which included this untitled work by Mahi Binebine. It changed hands for a price of EUR 25,600.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 18,000.00 – 28,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, this work without title is the most expensive artwork by Mahi Binebine that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im Juli diesen Jahres führte Bonhams in London die Auktion Le Paris du Monde Arabe durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Mahi Binebine zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 25.600,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 18.000,00 – 28.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist dieses Werk ohne Titel das teuerste Kunstwerk von Mahi Binebine, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
