This work without title by Madge Gill was worth GBP 4,375.00 (€ 5,722.33) to a buyer in February 2008. This price was achieved in the auction 20th Century British Art at Christies in London and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of GBP 1,200.00 many times over. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Madge Gill - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Untitled, 1951, which sold at auction in January 2020 for USD 23,750.00 (€ 21,409.90).
