The work Composition with figures. by Madeleine Pyk was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in May this year. The auction ended at the price of SEK 100,000.00 (€ 8,616.48), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of SEK 80,000.00 – 100,000.00. Admittedly, works by Madeleine Pyk have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Croquet in October 2013 with an auction result of SEK 310,000.00 (€ 35,802.56).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Composition with figures. von Madeleine Pyk kam im Mai diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 100.000,00 (€ 8.616,48) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 80.000,00 – 100.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Madeleine Pyk auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Croquet im Oktober 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 310.000,00 (€ 35.802,56).
