Artwork auctioned at three times the upper estimate price
The work "Besök" by Madeleine Pyk was worth SEK 14,000.00 (€ 1,185.65) to a buyer in October this year. This price was achieved in the auction Böttiger Collection H067 at Bukowski in Stockholm and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of SEK 4,000.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Madeleine Pyk achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Croquet in October 2013 with an auction result of SEK 310,000.00 (€ 35,802.56).

Die Arbeit "Besök" von Madeleine Pyk war einem Käufer im Oktober diesen Jahres SEK 14.000,00 (€ 1.185,65) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Böttiger Collection H067 bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 4.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Madeleine Pyk erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Croquet im Oktober 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 310.000,00 (€ 35.802,56).
