A top price for Ma Ke
In April this year POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work The Correct Posture of Youth by Ma Ke. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 800,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 840,000.00 (€ 857,804.35). With this result, The Correct Posture of Youth is even the most expensive work of art by Ma Ke that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis für Ma Ke
Im April diesen Jahres führte POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Correct Posture of Youth von Ma Ke zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 800.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 840.000,00 (€ 857.804,35) einen neuen Besitzer. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist The Correct Posture of Youth sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Ma Ke, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
