Auction result well in line with expectations
In January this year Bonhams held the auction Chinese PaintingsThe Online Sale, which included the work Standing Horse Under Willow Tree by Ma Jin. The price achieved of HKD 12,750.00 (€ 1,498.34) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 10,000.00 – 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ma Jin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Appreciating Horses In The Countryside in April 2015 with an auction result of HKD 7,280,000.00 (€ 841,354.60).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Januar diesen Jahres führte Bonhams die Auktion Chinese PaintingsThe Online Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Standing Horse Under Willow Tree von Ma Jin zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 12.750,00 (€ 1.498,34) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 10.000,00 – 20.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ma Jin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Appreciating Horses In The Countryside im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 7.280.000,00 (€ 841.354,60).
