Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2015 Sothebys in London held the auction Made In Britain, which included the work Untitled (Poodle), London, 1962 Untitled (Sandwich Board, Furs), London, 1962 by Lutz Dille. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 1,500.00 – 2,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 1,625.00 (€ 2,246.65) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Lutz Dille have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in March 2015 the work Untitled (Two Boys Outside Strip Show), London, 1961 Untitled (Two Young Men On Bench), London, 1961 was auctioned for GBP 2,750.00 (€ 3,802.02).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im März 2015 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Made In Britain durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled (Poodle), London, 1962 Untitled (Sandwich Board, Furs), London, 1962 von Lutz Dille zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 1.500,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 1.625,00 (€ 2.246,65) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Lutz Dille konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im März 2015 die Arbeit Untitled (Two Boys Outside Strip Show), London, 1961 Untitled (Two Young Men On Bench), London, 1961 für GBP 2.750,00 (€ 3.802,02) versteigert.
