Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Crossing The River No.1 by Luo Zhongli was auctioned at POLY in March 2018. It changed hands for a price of HKD 3,776,000.00 (€ 390,472.73) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 3,000,000.00 – 4,000,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Luo Zhongli achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Spring Silkworms in November 2013 with an auction result of HKD 49,400,000.00 (€ 4,683,668.97).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Crossing The River No.1 von Luo Zhongli kam im März 2018 bei POLY zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 3.776.000,00 (€ 390.472,73) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 3.000.000,00 – 4.000.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Luo Zhongli erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Spring Silkworms im November 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 49.400.000,00 (€ 4.683.668,97).
