The work Plantain and Chinese Rose by Luo Fukan was sold in the Chinese PaintingsThe Online Sale auction at Bonhams in Hong Kong in August last year. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 10,200.00 (€ 1,291.09), 28% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Luo Fukan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Couplet In Clerical Script in April this year with an auction result of HKD 21,600.00 (€ 22,057.83).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 28 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Plantain and Chinese Rose von Luo Fukan wurde im August letzten Jahres in der Auktion Chinese PaintingsThe Online Sale bei Bonhams in Hong Kong versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 10.200,00 (€ 1.291,09) und damit 28% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Luo Fukan erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Couplet In Clerical Script im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 21.600,00 (€ 22.057,83).
