Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Grand Palais (Scenery Along The Seine)(Painted In 1996) by Luo Erchun was sold in the Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art auction at China Guardian in Hong Kong in March 2019. The price achieved of HKD 295,000.00 (€ 33,472.57) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 250,000.00 – 350,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Luo Erchun achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Visiting in March 2019 with an auction result of HKD 5,310,000.00 (€ 602,506.23).

Die Arbeit Grand Palais (Scenery Along The Seine)(Painted In 1996) von Luo Erchun wurde im März 2019 in der Auktion Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art bei China Guardian in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 295.000,00 (€ 33.472,57) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 250.000,00 – 350.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Luo Erchun erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Visiting im März 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 5.310.000,00 (€ 602.506,23).
